Our recipes originated in the kitchen of our founder, Zoë Cassimus. Zoë was raised in the South, surrounded by her family’s Mediterranean traditions. In fact, her name means “life” in Greek. Drawing from her Greek heritage, Zoë created dishes that celebrate life, health and occasions that inspire sharing with family and friends.
Like Zoë, we embrace the spirit of Southern hospitality, as well as the Mediterranean way of life and the many ways it feeds the body and sustains the soul. That’s why every dish we share with you is made the Mediterranean way, with simple ingredients delivered and prepared fresh daily. Our food philosophy is rooted in one of Zoë’s most infamous quotes, “If it wasn’t food 100 years ago, it’s not food today.”
