From hand-crafted chocolates, to made-in-store fudge, to their famous original recipe ice cream, Kilwins has something for everyone to enjoy. They opened their doors at Park West Village on November 5th, 2016, and they have been making our community a little bit sweeter ever since. Owners Luis and Kristen Hernandez also own Kilwins at our sister center, Stone Creek Village, and recently opened their third location at North Hills.

Kilwins was founded in 1947, and quickly earned a reputation for high quality treats and excellent customer service. When you walk into Kilwins, you are instantly greeted with a friendly smile, and a “Would you like to try some of our hand-crafted fudge?” Once you try one of their sweet treats, you’ll want to try them all. Their helpful employees will help you choose your favorite, and of course, you can’t go wrong with their daily special: buy 2 slices of fudge, get another slice for free! While in store, you can also watch the Kilwins team craft chocolate-covered strawberries and other sweets, creating an authentic sensory and taste experience you won’t find anywhere else.

They love having a location at Park West Village for the same reason we love having them here. “We like bringing enjoyment to the community,” Kristen Hernandez says, “Park West Village has a unique village setting that brings people together to shop, eat, and meet with friends.” Kilwins is a popular addition to our community with their delicious sweets: made-in-store hand-paddled Fudge, Caramel Apples, Corns & Brittles, chocolate-dipped treats, and Kilwins Original Recipe Ice Cream. They also offer great gift options for any holiday or special occasion- from Valentine’s Day to Mother’s Day to Christmas, Kilwins has you covered.

Kilwins gets involved in our Park West Village community and our local community as well. They partner with local charities and schools in our area. “We strongly believe in education and team sports to help develop our children in our community,” Hernandez explains. Their outreach is a direct reflection of Kilwins’ core values: treat others as you want to be treated, do your best, and have fun!

If you haven’t had a chance, be sure to stop by and meet Kristen and the rest of our Kilwins Morrisville team. Try a piece of fudge, and you’ll find out why Kilwins is “Sweet in every Sense since 1947.”
