If sales are any indication, rosé season is in full swing. The summer wine that sips as well out of a nice Riedel glass as it does a red solo cup and causes awesome news headlines such as these…is roaring along at the fastest clip we have seen in the nine years we have been open. If you’re not familiar with Chateau Pesquie rosé, I hate to inform you but you have been missing out. It’s an Eric Solomon import – so it’s got that going for it, which is nice. A blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault from the Ventoux region (think Rhone), it is always at the top of our summer sipper list and at $9.99 per bottle I’m freaking out a little bit. Light. Crisp. Dry. Awesome. It pairs well with pool parties, summer salads, beach trips, kids going to camp and burrata cheese (seriously, try this immediately). Only at this price till Sunday, so let’s not dawdle people!
